The Falcons nest is a hotel and public house, the residents lounge bar is in tradition with most public house bars, the guests can also enjoy splendid views across the bay of Port Erin towards Ireland, you may prefer to find a perch in front of the open fire with a little tipple of whiskey after all there are over 60 different whiskies to choose from.

The hotel is open all year round with 39 rooms all with their own en-suite bathrooms.
There is a very popular Sunday lunch carvery served within the Milner suite which is a Victorian style dining room.

Port Erin is only 4.5 miles from Castletown and the billown race circuit, both towns are connected via rail and public bus so there is no requirement to find a parking space.
One of the most popular beaches on the Isle of Man can be found in Port Erin, with the hotel feeling as though its sitting nestled into the cliff overlooking the beach.
Port Erin can also offer shops including two supermarkets, there are also four other public houses all selling different styles of food and drink.

The Falcons Nest has opened contemporary self-catering apartments a few years ago, these apartments are in the centre of Port Erin village not far from the beach, children’s play park and the train station, these apartments might appeal more to a quite family holiday away from the hotels. The apartments are still maintained by the hotel staff with towels and bed linen and such like, The apartments also have access to free Wi-Fi.

The George Hotel is in the town square of Castletown the ancient capital of Man. Castletown is one of the oldest towns in all the British isles. The building can be dated back to 1780, Castletown square is also home to the medieval Castle Rushen.The George Hotel is only five minutes away from the airport by road, Castletown is on the bus route from the airport with a regular service. Castle town also has a train station for the heritage steam railway. The hotel is only 8 mins walk away from the start/finish line of the Billown circuit.

The George Hotel can offer a variety of rooms where some include king size beds, some of the rooms will offer superb views of the castle and even the prize ceremony for the southern 100, which is held in the town square.
